| Notes | In order to attract more North American tourists, observation cars as were already in practice through the Rocky Mountains (Canada) by the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) were introduced in Austria. During this first journey from Vienna to Salzburg, Villach to Triest before returning back to Vienna, the best of the Austrian alpine panorama was shown. However, the collaboration with CPR eventually fell through. |
